MCBA and Greater Merced Chamber of Commerce co-sponsored a luncheon featuring Attorney Faith Driscoll, of the Fresno firm Barsamian & Moody on Employment Law Updates
Ms. Driscoll practices in the areas of employment compliance and litigation at Barsamian & Moody. She assists employers in resolving disputes involving claims of unpaid wages, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination. Ms. Driscoll also drafts employment agreements, handbooks and provides training for business owners, supervisors and human resource practitioners. As an advocate, she develops legal strategy for discovery, investigation, settlement hearings and trials. She has represented employers in cases before OSHA, the EEOC, DFEH and Labor Commissioner. She assists employers in dispute resolutions, negotiated settlements and represented clients in court at all stages of litigation. She regularly speaks on labor and employment topics at business community seminars.
Ms. Driscoll is dedicated to improving our community. She has served as Legislative Director for the Tulare/Kings County Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management since 2014. Additionally, she is President of La Visionaria Guild of Valley Children’s Hospital, an organization devoted to advocating for children, fundraising and promoting good will for the hospital. She is a lifetime member of the local chapter of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity and served on the executive board in law school and served on the board of directors of the San Joaquin College of Law Alumni Association from 2014 to 2017.
Faith Driscoll was born and raised in Fresno. She is a graduate of California State University, Fresno and holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. She continued her education at San Joaquin College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate degree, and met her husband. They enjoy spending time with their young son, Quinn, and hiking in Shaver Lake
